About Us

Flickbook Theatre make joyous, vibrant and innovative devised theatre. We are based in the East Midlands and former associates of In Good Company (2017/18) and Proto-type Theater mentees (2015).

The company met in our final year at University of Lincoln as a collective of 9 people, making our first show Three Words. We went on to make Cartography which we took to Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 and on to a national tour, finishing with Incoming Festival (New Diorama Theatre, London).

2017 saw our first Arts Council England funded project; Casket Case. A show about fear of death and being dead, which we toured in 2018.

2020 marks 6 years of Flickbook, and we’ve decided to start anew. We are no longer a ‘business’ we are just Flickbook, making theatre when it calls us.
